6-lESSON CONFIDENCE SCHEDULE

LESSON 1: CONFIDENCE & STARTING POINT

A calm first lesson to understand your experience, worries and goals, followed by gentle driving in a quiet area to build trust and control.

LESSON 2: SMOOTH CONTROL & SAFE ROUTINES

Focus on moving off, stopping, steering, braking, clutch or automatic control, mirrors and simple safety routines.

LESSON 3: QUIET ROADS & JUNCTIONS

Build confidence with quiet-road driving, basic junctions, positioning, signalling and decision-making without pressure.

LESSON 4: BUSIER ROADS & REAL-WORLD AWARENESS

Progress onto slightly busier roads when ready, focusing on speed awareness, road positioning, meeting traffic and staying calm around other drivers.

LESSON 5: PERSONAL CONFIDENCE AREAS

Target the situations that worry you most, such as roundabouts, hill starts, parking, dual carriageways, traffic or night driving.

LESSON 6: SUPPORTED CONFIDENCE DRIVE

Bring everything together with a reassuring drive that shows progress, builds independence and sets clear next steps.
