Refresher lessons are ideal for drivers who already have a licence but want to rebuild confidence, improve safety, or feel more comfortable in specific driving situations.

Whether you have not driven for a while, feel nervous on busy roads, want help with parking, or need support with motorway or night driving, StreetSafe refresher lessons are designed around you. Our focus is simple: calm, supportive coaching that helps you feel safer, more confident, and fully prepared for real-world driving.

RECOMMENDED REFRESHER LESSON SCHEDULE

LESSON 1: CONFIDENCE CHECK & DRIVING ASSESSMENT

A relaxed drive to understand your current confidence level, driving habits, and any areas you want to improve. We will agree a clear plan based on your goals.

LESSON 2: cORE ROAD SKILLS REFRESH

Focus on observation, positioning, mirrors, signalling, junctions, roundabouts, speed control, and general road awareness.

LESSON 3: PARKING & MANOEUVRES

Practice bay parking, parallel parking, reversing safely, tight spaces, and everyday parking situations such as supermarkets or residential roads.

LESSON 4: BUSY ROADS & REAL-WORLD DRIVING

Build confidence on busier roads, multi-lane routes, complex junctions, town driving, and decision-making under pressure.

LESSON 5: MOTORWAY / DUAL CARRIAGEWAY CONFIDENCE

Support with joining and leaving faster roads, lane discipline, safe following distances, overtaking, and planning ahead.

LESSON 6: INDEPENDENT DRIVE & FINAL FEEDBACK

A real-world drive covering your key development areas, followed by clear feedback and practical next steps to keep improving.

fLEXIBLE OPTIONS

Drivers can book a single refresher lesson for a specific concern, or a short course of lessons for a more complete confidence rebuild. Every session is tailored to the driver, with the aim of creating safer, calmer, and more independent driving.
